Indulge in the charm of this inviting and family-friendly home. The upper level of this Executive Style residence features a primary bedroom adorned with a queen-sized bed, an ensuite boasting a rejuvenating Jacuzzi tub, and two extra guest rooms.
The main bathroom offers a generously sized tub with a shower. All furnishings were recently purchased and boast a contemporary aesthetic that eagerly awaits your presence for an enjoyable stay!
The Kitchen contains all the typical modern appliances such as air fryer, dishwasher, slow cooker, coffee pot, toaster, and hot water kettle.
Our thoughtfully designed space also includes a delightful kid zone, featuring a pint-sized table, two chairs, and kid-friendly dishware creating the perfect haven for your little ones.
Our commitment to your well-being is reflected in our rigorous cleaning standards. Following each stay, a professional cleaning team employs top-notch sanitary products to ensure a thorough and comprehensive cleaning process. Your peace of mind is our priority, and that’s why we exclusively use hypoallergenic laundry soap for all bedding. Fresh towels will also be made available to our guests.
To accommodate our guests who smoke, we offer a designated smoking area outside our home. We prioritize the comfort and well-being of all our visitors, and thus, smoking is not permitted inside the home.
From May to October, we invite you to gather around our cozy fire pit area. Bring your own wood and bask in the warmth of the flames while you unwind under the starlit sky. PLEASE NOTE: Fire pit use is conditional on local and provincial fire guidelines in effect at the time of your visit.
We understand that at the maximum occupancy of 6 guests, not everyone is going to want to share a bed. This is why we offer the use of up to two twin cots and one twin inflatable mattress to help accommodate a variety of sleeping arrangements. Please contact us prior to your arrival to arrange for their usage.
Regrettably, our home is not wheelchair accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
NOVEMBER 1 - MAY 15 - Minimum 2 nights stay.
MAY 16 - OCTOBER 31 - Minimum 3 nights stay.
Long-Term Stay Discount:
Discounts are applied at booking checkout for long term stays of 7 days or greater.
Payment:
e-Transfer payment must be made to manager@stayandplayllb.com within 24hrs of booking. Failure to submit full payment may result in booking cancellation.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 2pm on the arrival day of your booking, and check-out time is 11am on the departure day of your booking. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. The owner of the property will be in contact with further details and explain how to access the property once the booking is paid in full.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of payment to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, pending a satisfactory inspection of the property.
Cleaning Fee:
A cleaning fee is applicable to cover the cost of professional cleaning after each stay. The property must be left in a reasonably clean and orderly condition to avoid additional cleaning fees.
Internet Access/Laundry Facilities:
Access to internet is made available to long-term stays only.
No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A designated outdoor smoking area is provided; guests are requested to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the provided receptacles.
Property Use and Conduct:
The property is to be used for residential purposes only. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors or violate local laws.
Damages and Repairs:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit, and guests may be held liable for any remaining balance.
Pets:
At this time, we do not allow pets.
Responsibility for Firewood:
Guests are responsible for bringing their own firewood for use in the outdoor fire pit. The property management does not provide firewood as part of the rental agreement.
Propane Tank Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for providing their own 1lb propane tanks for use with the outdoor BBQ grill. The property management does not supply propane tanks as part of the rental agreement.
Childrens Outdoor Splash Table:
Available upon request.
Additional Beds:
Please contact us prior to your arrival to arrange for the usage of our cots and inflatable mattresses should you require additional beds to accommodate different sleeping arrangements.
